- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley leaves or more
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill or more
- 1 tablespoon Ranch seasoning
- ½ lemon juiced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Place cottage cheese, lemon juice, crushed garlic clove, olive oil and Ranch seasoning in a small food processor or a blender.
Blend until smooth. You may need to stop the motor a couple times and scrape the bottom and sides.
Transfer to a bowl (or just remove the blade from your food processor), add chopped parsley and dill, and mix with a spoon.
Serve as a dip with crunchy veggies, pretzel chips or crackers.
If you want the dip to be super smooth, be patient when blending. It may take some time to achieve smooth consistency.
Fresh herbs work best but if you don't have any, swap them for 1 teaspoon dried parsley and dried dill each.
If you prefer, add a little bit of mayo instead of olive oil.
