Ingredients

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a mason jar and close the lid tightly.
  • Shake the jar vigorously for 10 seconds.
  • Open the jar and use with your favorite salad.

Notes

Greek yogurt can be swapped for Skyr (Icelandic yogurt) or regular plain yogurt.
If you like more tangy dressing, increase the amount of vinegar to 2 tablespoons. You can also do a mix of 1 tablespoon vinegar and 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice.
If you don't have dijon mustard, mustard powder will work, too.
For a garlicky version, add 1 minced garlic clove or ½ teaspoon garlic powder.
If the dressing is too thick, add 1 tablespoon milk and shake to thin.
If you don't want to use a mason jar, you can mix all ingredients in a small bowl with a whisk.
This dressing needs be be refrigerated in the jar (or airtight container).
